Air Gun Repairs

Do you do Repairs? Yes

• If you purchased your air gun from us and it still under the 1 Year warranty there will be no charge, unless we find that the repair was created by user error. In this case, the owner would be responsible for the cost of the repairs. A workorder will be submitted for approval before any repairs are made.
• If you didn't purchase it through us or it is no longer under warranty, then our cost to repair is $80/hours plus any parts needed. Our technician will create a work order with a full the details and the cost of the repairs for approval. Once it is approved, we will continue with the repairs. When the repairs are completed, we will send an invoice for payment. Once we have your payment, we will send your air gun back to you. 

How do I send my gun to you for repairs?

• If you purchased it from us and it is under warranty, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
• Please make sure you have removed all additional items (Scopes or lights)
• Clearly mark your name on the box and make sure we have your contact information.
• If you did not purchase it from us or it is not under warranty, you will need to take care of the shipping costs.
