An adult signature will be required for all sales of all airguns & all products/orders valued over $500.00.

*All canceled orders will be subject to a 20% fee. Once your order has shipped you can no longer cancel.

You must be 18 years old to purchase at our online store, Fox Air Power.


You are responsible to determine that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of airguns or optics products and that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product.

There are locations to which Fox Air Power cannot ship airguns or other products. Certain states and municipalities have established certain limitations, and Fox Air Power reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations. We cannot ship airguns to the following locations:

  • States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, District of Columbia
  • Cities: Boroughs of New York including zip codes starting with 100, 104, 111, 112, 114 and 116. 
  • IF YOU PURCHASE AN AIRGUN TO BE DELIVERED TO ANY OF THE ABOVE LOCATIONS AND YOU CANT SUPPLY US WITH A VALID SHIPPING LOCATION, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITH A 20% FEE APPLIED.

Shipping:

Fox Air Power ships out new orders in one to three business days. Some items may take longer. Most orders received before noon PT can be fulfilled the same day.  Fox Air Power is not responsible for orders that are stolen.

Order tracking and shipping information is available after an order has been confirmed, billed to the customer and shipped.

Pre-Ordered Items:

Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as possible. If you ordered both in-stock and marked pre-ordered products we will typically wait to ship everything together. If you would like us to ship the in stock items first, please write to us at foxairpower@gmail.com   Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Return Policy

ALL AIRGUN SALES ARE FINAL 

You have 48-hours from receiving your order to report any missing items or physical damage. Please test all your products to make sure they are functioning correctly. We have a 15-day return policy. Returned product must be defective and the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. 

 Airguns:

We will allow a return of any defective airgun for a store credit refund up to 15-days of delivery. After the 15-day window refunds are still possible, but will require a restocking fee. 

Fox Air Power will closely inspect any defective airguns that are returned. In the case of customer tampering, incorrect tuning, use and or misuse we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund or issue no refund at all depending on the damage to the gun. 

Restocking Fee:

All items that are returned for reasons outside of defectiveness will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee. This amount may be higher upon evaluation of the situation. 

Airgun Warranty Policy:

Most manufacturers do have at least a 1 year warranty on their airguns. Fox Air Power is an authorized service center for many of the airgun brands we sell. Typically if an airgun needs service it will be returned directly to Fox Air Power. In some cases we may have you send it to the manufacturer for repair. 

Fox Air Power will cover the shipping cost both ways for warranty work up to 90-days from purchase. After 90-days the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the airgun in (one-way) and we will cover the return cost after repair. 

Please remember that PCP airguns are highly technical products with many moving parts, seals, etc. that will need maintenance over time. There are certain o-rings and parts that are not covered under warranty, but considered routine maintenance (breech o-rings for example). 

Due to the complexity of these products there are many times that incorrect use can cause issues. These types of issues can be evaluated and would not be covered under warranty (installing aftermarket power kit parts for example or incorrect tuning). 

Defectiveness includes physical damage, misfiring, non-functioning and abnormal performance. What is defective may be up to interpretation.Fox Air Power  reserves the right to determine if a product is truly defective before issuing a refund. 

 

*Accuracy: No airgun manufacturers that we sell have accuracy guarantees. 

 

*Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. 

 

*All other items:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most items in original packaging.
  • Items that are used, not in original packaging, or otherwise not in new and sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a representative. If approved, a minimum restocking fee of 25% applies.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping returned merchandise. Any damage that occurs in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We will prosecute fraudulent orders.

  • Because of the nature of the products that Fox Air Power supplies, we perform an extensive validation of orders. This may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls or emails to customers, verification of valid email, cardholder information and cardholder authorization.
  • We reserve the right to speak to only the card holder. If a fraudulent order is suspected we will wish to speak with the card holder and a phone number must be given to us. The cardholder can not call us.
  • Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
  • Price and availability are subject to change without notice. However, we do our best to provide our customers with up-to-date and error free product information.
  • By purchasing products from Fox Air Power you relieve Fox Air Power of any liability associated with the use or misuse of that product. And you also agree to accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries to any person or property associated with that product. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
