Orders and Shipping Questions

When will my package ship? Once you have placed your order, we will ship out your order within 24-48 hrs. If you order on a Friday or on the weekend, we will not process your order until Monday. You will also receive a tracking number when the order is ready to ship.

What is my shipping cost?

All states except Hawaii and Alaska

$1.00 to $50.00 is a flat rate of $5
$50.01 to $500 is a flat rate of $9
$500.1 and up is a flat rate of $18

Hawaii and Alaska

$1.00 to $498.99 is a flat rate of $9
$499.00 and up is a flat rate of $28

Why doesn’t my tracking number give me any information? Once the package has been picked up by the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and the label is scanned, you will be able to track and get information. Prior to that, you won’t see anything except that the label was created.

Did you receive my order? I didn’t get a confirmation letter. When you made your purchase, did you give us an email address? If not, we have no way to notify you. Please add your email address or ask us to do it for you.

Sometimes our confirmation email will go to either SPAM or Junk mail. Be sure to check there!

I only received part of my order!

We have 2 warehouses. One is in MA and the other is in CA. Please check your packing list and see if it has the missing item coming from a different warehouse.
If your order came from 1 warehouse, please contact us and let us know.

I made a mistake in my order; how can I change/fix it?
