This aluminum-bodied rechargeable LED flashlight + ultra-bright (daylight visible) green laser module is a giant leap forward in ruggedness and functionality. It has rock-solid mounting and an incredibly bright 1500 lumen LED torch. It performs as well as top-of-the-line $300 rail-mount illuminators at a much more favorable price.
Most other modules at this price point will have cheap plastic housings, do not mount securely, fall out of calibration, or have unreliable electronics. This unit has none of those flaws yet does not cost orders of magnitude more like a MIL-spec unit would.
